    “Als je je goed voorbereid op de vakantie, dan weet je dat La Barde één van de vele dorpjes met tal van gehuchten is welke de charme van de streek uitmaken. Hier kom je om écht te ontspannen, te wandelen, te fietsen.
    Voor het dagelijks winkelen moet je naar de naburige gemeente (St Augulin) waar er een klein warenhuis is (met tankstation).
    Voor bezichtigingen moet je al iets verder rijden, maar er zijn mogelijkheden genoeg.
    Ook hiervoor staan de eigenaars met hun ervaringen ter beschikking.”
