This is a holiday studio with modern furnishing in a residential house with several floors at the heart of Rostock. The location is ideal for an interesting city trip. The Rostock municipal harbour, the shopping mile, many restaurants and breweries await your visit in the immediate vicinity.

Owing to being situated on the raised ground floor, it is just a few steps up to the entrance. The studio provides 40m² of living space, comprising a living and sleeping room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen-diner, and a shower room with a washing machine. The living and sleeping room has a double bed (180 x 200cm, one large mattress) on the left with a bedside dresser and reading lamp. On the right side of the room, past a two-door wardrobe, there is a cosy sitting corner with a sofa and an armchair for relaxing after a day trip. The large flatscreen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and home cinema system are ideal for a film evening. There is a desk on the left side of the room. Internet access is provided, so you can be contacted if required, add the final touches to your holiday planning after arrival, or send your holiday greetings and photos directly to acquaintances. The built-in kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-ring electric hob and oven, a fridge and freezer compartment, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as all kinds of cooking utensils. The dining table is right behind the built-in kitchen and can therefore also be used as a worktop. The shower room has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, a WC and a washing machine (included).

There is a public car park 200 metres away. Alternatively it is also recommended to arrive by train. The main station is just 2km away.

Cafés and restaurants, bars and entertainment await you nearby, as well as shopping facilities 200 metres away. There is a tennis court 2km away. It is worth going on a trip to the beach at the picturesque Baltic Sea town of Warnemünde 12km away.
