Modern holiday home with a large, partially covered patio and a private pool on a fenced in property

This 120 m² holiday home, only recently built in 2013 sits on a 1020 m² property outside of the town of Campanet. It accommodates up to six people.

The living room grants access to the partially covered patio, which offers gorgeous views over the pool and the garden, as well as the surroundings of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers; the pool measure 8.5 x 4 meters. The patio offers teak chairs and a table, as well as a barbecue. The house is completely enclosed and walled off from the street by a wall and a wire grid, with a total height of 2.40 meters.

The property boasts three bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a private bathroom with a massage bathtub, a sink and a toilet and the other two bedrooms with two single beds each (0.90 x 2.00 m). The second bathroom offers a large shower, a sink and a toilet. The large, modern kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. The bright living/dining room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a television with satellite reception. A washing machine, two children's cots and two highchairs are at your disposal. The bedrooms and the living/dining area are air conditioned (hot/cold).
