House with two patios, car port and community pool

This semidetached house is located in La Marina, about 10 minutes from the beach.

The ground floor boasts a patio with outdoor furniture and the first floor has a partially covered patio. The patio with a small arbour is cosy and offers a shade. The barbecue can be used on either patio. The pool is protected from view and only accessible to residents of this complex. The house has a carport; street side parking in front of the house is also available. Internet access is available free of charge.

The 95 m² property offers room for up to six people. The apartment offers a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has two levels. The living room is furnished with a sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.     “Overall it was excellent. One thing that couldn’t be helped was noisy neighbours late at night.
    The other minor point is that the table on the top terrace hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Maybe a word with the cleaner?
    We enjoyed our holiday very much. Beds very comfy ?? Meet and greet friendly.”

    “Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.

    Pro:
    Der Pool war super. Bis auf drei Tage war er sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Haus ist schön groß. Es gibt genug Gartenmöbel.

    Contra:
    Die Klimaanlage war im unteren Bereich eine Katastrophe. Wir konnten sie aufgrund schlimmen Gestank nicht nutzen. Es roch nach Verwesung, die sichtbaren Klimaanlagenschlitze waren verschimmelt. Oben gab es eine separate Klimaanlage, die war ok.
    Aus den Abflüssen in den Bädern stank es teilweise unerträglich. Wir habe sogar versucht vorzeigig abzureisen. Der Techniker, der nach mehrfacher Aufforderung, 7 Tage später kam, hat nicht mal versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Meinen großen Sohn konnten wir aufgrund einer Lungenerkrankung nicht in diesem Haus wohnen lassen. Er ist für 14 Tage zu den Großeltern gezogen. Wir reisen jedes Jahr nach Spanien, in verschiedene Unterkünfte und haben keine großen Ansprüche. Wor putzen notfalls selber, ohne uns zu beschweren. Auch dieses Mal habe ich alte Kaffeefilter, Essensreste und Co. vom Vormieter ohne Probleme selbst entfernt. Die Bäder geputzt. Aber dieser Gestank war schlimm.
    Das bezahlte Carport war nicht nutzbar. Das Auto der Besitzer stand dort.”

    “This house is located in La Marina - a quiet, small village about 30 minutes from Alicante airport. It's a beautiful house, with lots of space - and, by far, the most complete house we have ever rented (which is quiet a few) - everything you need is in this house. And the beautiful outside balconies are just perfect. The house is clean and very well taken care of. The pool arena doesn't invite to heavy noices, yelling and pool parties, but is perfect for relaxation and bathing in the sun. The pool is private, and the arena never gets crowded. It's not the worlds largest pool, but big enough for the private area. We strongly recommend this house.”
