Detached holiday house with a pool and its own forest, in an area with a charming landscape
This house lies among the green trees of the Abbadia di Fiastra nature reserve and the Monte Sibillini, and so it is ideal for those who enjoy peace, quiet and relaxation. It lies in the Marche region, in the town of Petriolo, which belongs to the province of Macerata.
The house consists of three bedrooms, a large living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living space of around 100m² is on one floor. It has two large bedrooms with a double bed, one with its own bathroom, a smaller bedroom with two single beds as a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The living room is very big (6 x 3m) and provides a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, and a fully-equipped kitchen unit. Digital TV is also provided. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary furniture and accessories.
The house has a large veranda with garden furniture. There is also a private pool, with a shower, parasol, gazebo and sun lounger. A barbecue is also available. The site is fenced and there is plenty of parking space. Two bicycles are available for use free of charge.
The detached house lies on a hill, from which you can enjoy far-reaching views. The most spectacular view is towards the west: Monte Sibillini and Monti Azzurri.
The house is in an oasis of tranquillity in the midst of enchanting nature, bordering a private forest. The site can only be reached via a path, as the last 100 metres are not asphalted. There are restaurants and shops about 1km away.
About 2km away you can find the Abbadia di Fiastra nature reserve and the Urbs Salvia archaeological site. It takes quarter of an hour to get to Macerata, 20 mintues to Civitanova Marche, a small village with a beautiful beach, or to Tolentino, a town rich in history, or to San Ginesio with its late medieval charm. It is about 50 minutes by car to Monte Sibillini (Sarnano, Visso, Ussita). The sea is about 30km away. You can swim in a river with a pebbled beach about 1km away.
