The unique and romantic landscape admired by the novelist Hemingway allows a relaxing holiday but at the same time with the possibility of cultural excursions and sports activities. A 15 minute cycle ride will take you to the village with all facilities, golf course, marina, restaurants, wide beaches, tennis, health care and much more. The property has been recently restored and divided into 4 apartments. Being located next to the bank of the river Sile, is equipped with berths on the canal.The walks allow you to discover glimpses of the poetic landscape of the lagoon and admire countless species of birds that nest here undisturbed. Comfortable and modern furnishing.
Distances: Beaches at 1.5km reachable by feet or by bike, Jesolo with beaches, various shops, restaurants 9km, Venice 37km, Treviso 47km, Padova 78km.
At guests’ disposal: meadow with pool (10m x 5m – max depth .1,50m, open from 01/05-30/09) with garden furniture: umbrellas, chairs, loungers.
Each apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, safe, air-condition and heating, 2 bicycles.
Ground floor: living room with dining area and large arched windows, TV, kitchenette (induction hob, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher), a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower (window, washing machine). A wooden staircase leads to an open loft above the living room with a sofa bed.
