Three quietly situated, detached holiday houses, welcoming many guests in the south of Brittany

These are three detached holiday houses, which are all located on the outskirts of Landévant, a little locality in the inland area of southern Brittany. They are surrounded by an extensive garden planted with trees. You can enjoy the benefits of a quiet and central location between the beaches of the Atlantic coast and the inland area. This holiday accommodation is ideal for exploring the region.

All the houses have garden furniture and a grill outside, so you can dine outdoors.

The generous holiday houses provide accommodation for families or friends to spend their holiday together, or for a trip with colleagues. Cots and highchairs can be borrowed. You are allowed to bring pets. Wireless Internet access is available.

It is worth going on trip to larger towns on the coast: Etel (19km), sailing in Lorient and Carnac (each 26km), the artists’ village of Pont-Aven, the inland sea and the picturesque landscape of the Gulf of Morbihan (30km), and on to the island of Groix. You can also go on interesting trips into the inland area to the old village of Poulfetan (14km), where the inhabitants and houses remind you of life in the 16th-18th centuries, the village of Melrand, whose history reaches back to the year 1000, the old town and the castle at Josselin (60km).

Holiday house with five bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, for a holiday together

This holiday house comprises 130m² of living space on two floors, with a total of five bedrooms for 12 people, two bathrooms, and a generous room as the centrepiece of the house with an open cooking, dining and living room on the ground floor, and another spacious sleeping room on the upper floor. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor. You enter through the front door into the hallway. Immediately on the left there is a shower room with a WC and washing machine, while on the right there is the big living and dining room with a kitchen. You go along the hallway past the stairs to the bedrooms, on each side at the end of the hallway. The first has a French double bed (140cm wide), with bedside tables and dimmable reading lamps on either side. Light blue walls and and light furniture create an elegant atmosphere. An external door leads from this room out onto the terrace. The other bedroom has two separate beds, 140cm and 90cm wide. Both have a bedside table with a reading lamp. If you go up the stairs, first of all you come to the second, somewhat larger bathroom with a bath and bidet, with a separate WC next to it. The hallway takes you past two bedrooms to a big sleeping room. Both bedrooms have a double bed 140cm wide, and are also furnished with bedside tables, reading lamps and shelving for storing your luggage, hidden by y curtain. The spacious sleeping room has a double bed 160cm wide and a single bed 90cm wide, three armchairs and a TV. This bedroom can also be used as a second living room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen unit for self-catering, with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, small electrical appliances such as a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The dining table can be extended for meals together. On the other side of the room there is the lounge area with a sofa suite and a TV for relaxing after a trip.
