    “Eine sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Auch die Anlage ist sehr ansprechend. Zur Sicherheit ist diese mit einem Tor nach Außen abgesichert, sodass, außer berechtigten Personen, keine Fremde auf das Grundstück kommen können. Wir haben uns aber sehr geärgert, dass die Garten- und Terrassenmöbel total kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Ebenso war die Außenverglasung der Terrasse defekt, man konnte die einzelnen Glaselemente nicht mehr verschieben. Diese Schäden hätte man vor der Vermietung beseitigen oder angeben müssen! Wir haben dies sofort beim Vermittler an Hand von Bildern reklamiert, dafür aber keine Preisminderung erhalten.”
