The Panas Olympic Beach Apartments are on the Olympic Riviera at Katerini in the beautiful north of Greece. The accommodation is primarily for couples and families. A friendly, relaxed and quiet atmosphere awaits you, along with spacious and beautiful apartments, a lovely, endless sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag, a view of Olymp, the highest mountain in Greece, which is steeped in myth, as well as the possibility to explore many places of interest on day trips.
There are two apartments available to let. Both are independent residential units on the first floor of a two-storey residential house. The owner’s live above the apartments on the second floor. The house is in a quiet part of the locality. There are several empty plots of land in the immediate vicinity, so the road is not densely built up. The view from the Apollo apartment and from the Beach apartment is of greenery. The View from the Apollo apartment, on the front of the house facing a quiet street, is of the charming landscape as far as the Pieria mountains, with beautiful sunsets behind them. The apartments were completely renovated in 2008 and have been let out since 2009. It is about 300 metres to the beach.
The Apollo apartment and the Beach apartment are both fully-equipped with all everyday items, as well as furnished. We have summarised the main features for you. According to the licensing by the Greek Tourism Association, the apartments are of a high standard and have achieved the maximum score of 3 keys in this category (without room service, restaurant, swimming pool and lift).

The ‘Beach’ apartment is on the rear of the building and has the following features: it measures 50m² and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living and sleeping room with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and satellite TV (incl. German and international channels). The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables and two wardrobes. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, WC and cupboard with a mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, electric cooking rings, crockery, cutlery, tea towels and appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is a little dining table with seating. A suitcase rack, a hallway with a shoe and storage cupboard, cleaning utensils, cleaning products and a wardrobe are also provided.
Smoking is prohibited within the apartment, but the balcony and the front courtyard area can be used for this purpose. Pets are not allowed, due to legal requirements. The outside of the building comprises awnings to the front and sides, double glazing for insulation, rolling fly and insect screens and shutters. All the rooms have tiled floors. Please note that use of the air conditioning is charged in addition and is not included in the standard rental price.
