Quietly situated holiday house surrounded by nature
This holiday house enjoys a quiet location on a plot of land of around two hectares between forests and meadows. It is at the end of a private road, not far from the top of the Solto Collina and Esmate hill.
It is about 1.5km to shops and entertainment, as well as to public transport. The pebbled beach is about 3km from the holiday house. You can go on a relaxing walk to the top of the hill and the San Defedente Church.
The living space of the holiday house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and 10-litre freezer. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, where there are a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The holiday house is a former barn and was renovated in 2005.
