    “Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, wenn auch das Mobiliar schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder war sie ausreichend groß. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über den See. Die Parkanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere der Poolbereich ist traumhaft, nicht nur für die Kinder, die dort sehr willkommen sind.
    Porto Valtravaglia ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, dennoch sind ein Supermarkt, zwei Eisdielen, Bäcker, Obst-/ Gemüsehändler und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.”

    “Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. In dem Haus, wo diese Wohnung war, roch das Treppenhaus modrig und muffig. Die Wohnung allerdings war sauber und hatte nicht diesen modrigen Geruch, allerdings war die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal erneuert und die Wohnung renoviert werden.”
