A simple but well equipped holiday apartment with a sunny yard and a private entrance, in a secluded and scenic area east of Arendal. Short distance to Vatnebuvann, a lake with a dock, boat and canoe, and fishnet. It is connected to another lake (Bjellandsvannet) with a channel, so you have plenty of space for fishing. You can catch perch, trout and other fish species. You can grill your catch in a "lavvo" (sami tent) or on the dock. There are beavers in the area. Go salmon fishing in the river of Nidelven, fishing licence required. There is a hiking trail nearby. Approx. 5 minutes of walking to Bjellandsvannet where you can dock you boat. Trampoline, sand box, Wendy house and swing by the house. There is an air gun for those over 13 years old. Use of playground equipment on your own responsibility. Approx. 50 minutes by car to the zoo and IKEA.
