The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and features a blend of modern materials and appliances with an alpine style. The holiday apartment spans two floors: on the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom and bathtub, a guest WC, the kitchen, and the living room. The spacious living room with a fireplace, sofa, and dining table offers a stunning view of Samedan. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and up-to-date. On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The children’s room has a bunk bed, and the additional room is also equipped with a double bed. Another bathroom is available on the second floor.
