From Sealandvillas we present this elegant, luxurious and modern Greek villa called Villa Perla on the beautiful island of Zakynthos.
Villa Perla is a luxurious 300 m2 residence that can accommodate up to ten people in five rooms with bathrooms and sea views. The interiors are inspired by the beauty of the island of Zakynthos, while the traditional stone architecture of the exterior blends seamlessly with the landscape.
The entrance of the villa is located on the first floor along with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with sea views, a cozy living room with fireplace and a colorful garden with barbecue, wood oven and outdoor dining room. In addition, on the same level there is a master bedroom with bathroom and balcony with sea views.
On the ground floor there are three other master bedrooms and a junior bedroom. All bedrooms have their own balcony with sea views, pool access and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. One of the master bedrooms is located in a separate studio, built right next to the main building, and is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy to its guests.
Villa Perla has individually controlled heating and cooling systems in each room, ensuring the absolute comfort and privacy of our guests.
The outdoor spaces of Perla Villa (1,300 m2) include a beautiful fenced garden with lawn, a private infinity pool (40 m2) with jacuzzi, solarium and outdoor bar, a shaded seating area, barbecue with wood oven, a shaded dining area and secure private parking. All outdoor spaces have beautiful views of the pool and the sea. The garden has a children's playground and a door that gives direct access to a beach with golden sand and crystal clear waters.
You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and live a unique experience. They also have private sun loungers and umbrellas.

Villa Perla is located right on Ambula Beach, in the area of Tragaki, a quiet coastal town in eastern Zakynthos. Discover “Vardiola” at a distance of about 3 km in Kypseli. Vardiola used to be one of the watchtowers that Venetians built to protect themselves from pirates. Hiking or cycling among the green olive trees is a suggested activity for nature lovers.
