Have you already jumped for joy today? If not, then you certainly will when you catch sight of a dream villa that is guaranteed to delight anyone who wants to get away from it all. Surrounded by rolling green hills, fields and almond trees, the location of this little oasis is truly exquisite. Welcome to your holiday paradise! Start the day with a hearty breakfast on the covered terrace of the house. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the chlorinated pool with tiered flooring and the expanse of the Mallorcan landscape beyond. Afterwards, we recommend an extended hike through the beautiful natural surroundings. You can also simply put your feet up on the comfortable sun loungers around the pool. All you have to do now is close your eyes and take it all in. Meanwhile, the children can use the large lawn to kick around and let off steam. When you feel a little peckish, it's time for a barbecue together. And how about a glass of red wine to go with it?

The villa itself is just as magical as the property on which it is built: you will be immediately impressed by the bright, friendly rooms that welcome you inside. The design largely eschews the dark woods often used in Spain in favour of soft ochre and cream tones that perfectly match the relaxed character of Villa Cas Almendras. The beautiful entrance area with light-coloured stone flooring leads into the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, which then flows seamlessly into the living room. This means that the chef never has to feel alone while tending to the family's gastronomic needs. This well thought-out room layout also makes it easy to take salads and drinks outside for a barbecue evening together. The living room has a cosy seating area with leather sofas, ideal for relaxing. In the evening or in bad weather, you can entertain yourself in front of the TV or with a game night. Downstairs next to the living room you will also find a beautiful double bedroom; all other bedrooms are on the first floor and have direct access to the balcony ideal for sun worshippers. Two have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. The bathrooms in the house are also friendly and functional.

This holiday offers something for everyone, as the villa is close to the Ma-3521 road and therefore within easy reach of a number of great day trip destinations. One example is the Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, the largest wetland area in the Balearic Islands. Don't forget to take binoculars with you, as there are numerous bird species to observe here. For those who like it a little livelier, Can Picafort is the place to be; here you will find a beach promenade with hundreds of bars and restaurants that leads to the picturesque harbour. Not far away you will also find popular beaches such as Playa de Muro, which not only offers a beautiful, protected dune area, but also numerous opportunities for water sports. You deserve this natural holiday paradise! Thanks to its secluded location and surroundings, Villa Casa Almendras is particularly suitable for families. The picturesque little village of Santa Margalida is only 2 km away, where you will find two supermarkets for your daily needs as well as a weekly market. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Platja de Muro and Can Picafort are around 18 minutes away by car.
