In the middle of the town and therefore in a particularly central location, the Cas Barber townhouse is an absolute gem among urban holiday residences. Here you can relax in complete privacy behind the house walls and simply do as you please, or take advantage of the hustle and bustle of the city. It's entirely up to you. The outdoor area of the house consists of a wonderful sun terrace with an integrated pool and a covered dining area; everything is beautifully decorated with lots of green potted plants. You can choose whether you want to relax on one of the loungers and read a good book, splash around in the wonderfully refreshing water or socialise at the large table and enjoy a few delicacies. Or would you prefer a cool drink on the large balcony? Here you can make yourself comfortable on cosy deckchairs and really enjoy the holiday feeling.

Let's enter the interior of the house with its typical Mallorcan, rustic character. Lots of wood combined with a few splashes of colour give the living and dining area a warm, all-round cosy feel. It's a wonderful place to cosy up, chat, read or simply relax on the large sofas. And if you're lucky, someone will prepare some regional delicacies for dinner in the large, perfectly equipped kitchen. What could be nicer than simply sitting down at the laid table? Enjoy your meal! Once you've had your fill, you might be longing for a soft bed. You can quickly get ready in one of the beautiful bathrooms and then settle down comfortably in one of the four large bedrooms, all of which are furnished in a classic, modern style. Refreshed, you are ready for another exciting day!

The beautiful townhouse Cas Barber is located in the fabulous north of Mallorca in the municipality of Muro and is truly a little holiday dream. Everything you need for your daily needs is within walking distance, from supermarkets to pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. And the obligatory beach day is also easy to organise, as the bay of Alcúdia with its fantastic sandy beaches is only 13.1 km away.
