Not only does it fulfil all these search criteria, it also offers a good dose of comfort and charm. The quaint little house with its natural stone façade blends perfectly into the picturesque landscape and has a lushly overgrown plot that immediately evokes a feeling of cosiness and well-being. Not only do the inviting relaxation areas in open and covered versions provide the much-desired refreshment on warm days, but there is also a beautiful, shallow pool that is easily accessible via steps. You are spoilt for choice between natural shade, a parasol or directly under the Mediterranean sky on the sunbathing lawn around the 10-metre-long pool. Right next to the orange tree on the terrace is a lovely spot for shared meals with a beautiful view of the greenery. The paths into the house are practically short here, so setting up and covering up are done in no time at all. The brick barbecue is ready for hearty barbecue evenings with sumptuous Mediterranean delicacies.

The cosy interior design of the finca is quite unpretentious. Natural stone elements are a pleasant continuation here, harmoniously arranged with exposed beam ceilings, terracotta-coloured tiles and light-coloured walls. Impressive: the wide arched passageway between the living and dining areas. Several cosy seating areas also invite you to relax inside. The beautiful large dining table is perfect for dining indoors and the fully equipped kitchen with brick elements is located right next door. A practical storage room with washing machine and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor, while the three bedrooms - two with single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.10 metres each, one with a double bed measuring 2 x 2.20 metres and a further bathroom - are located on the upper floor.

Just over 2 km from the small village of Campanet at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the quaint and charming Finca Sa Mata Marina offers up to six guests a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. Depending on the wind, the nearby road, which connects you perfectly in all directions, can be audible. Once you have discovered Campanet and visited the weekly market there, take a drive to Sa Pobla (10 minutes) and meander through the old town with its cafés, restaurants and shops. The nearest beaches, such as the long bay of Alcúdia, are around 16 kilometres away.
