From the roof terrace, you can enjoy the expanse of the green northern Mallorcan landscape with palm trees and olive groves all the way to the wild hills of the Tramuntana mountains. There are two roof terraces so that you can enjoy life in the open air to the full. One is equipped with a dining table for dining together, the other is one floor higher so that you can gaze at the stars in the lounge corner at night.
The first roof terrace is just a few steps away from the inside of the villa. The dining and living area is open-plan and has a modern and airy feel thanks to the two doors that let in plenty of light and the white walls. The rustic wooden kitchen in a separate room has a large American fridge, so you have plenty of space to store your delicacies from the weekly market. The double bedroom is a small, cosy den with a large wardrobe where you can easily store your clothes. On the same floor there is a bathroom with stone tiles and a spacious shower with glass walls. A staircase leads up to another floor. There is also space for a small living room where you can enjoy a book in an armchair. There are also further bedrooms on this floor, which impress with the typical Mallorcan flair of their wooden shutters. Chests of drawers offer plenty of storage space. The colours are well coordinated and modern.
The former farming village of Búger, where the townhouse is located, has been built on but still retains much of its original charm. The quiet location between Inca and Alcúdia is ideal for long walks. The paved road leads past the house and forms the starting point for your holiday activities. Directly behind the small holiday village is the Tramuntana mountain range, which you can also climb by bike. Rustic windmills will enchant you, as will stately manor houses steeped in history. The gently sloping sandy beaches of Alcúdia, which are around 19 kilometres away, invite you to take a stroll along the beach. Playa de Muro is also practically at your feet, with an enchanting 6-kilometre-long beach. A stroll through one of the nearby weekly markets will awaken your senses and your spirit of discovery. If you still haven't had enough, you can discover new fashion and lifestyle trends in the island's capital Palma, less than an hour's drive away. Búger was a charming farming village for a long time. Today it is an idyllic little town with typical Mallorcan houses made of natural stone. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is a feast for the eyes.
