The magnificently restored Villa Can Vinagrella Pera is a particularly attractive villa in our programme that will completely blow us away. The shell of the house has been preserved and consists of large, square sandstone blocks. The villa is surrounded by a small garden with beautiful terraced areas and as it sits on a 60,000 m² plot, you can relax here in complete seclusion and enjoy the splendour of the property all to yourself. However, the house is still only a 3-minute drive from the picturesque town of Muro, where you can buy everything you need for self-catering in the local supermarkets or at the Sunday market. If you don't feel like cooking or barbecuing, there are numerous restaurants and bars in this typical Mallorcan town that you are sure to visit, even if it's just for a cortado coffee. For a day at the beach, you only have to drive a few minutes in your hire car to get to places like the bay of Alcúdia or Can Picafort beach, to name just a few of the long beaches after the other along the bay of the same name. Alcúdia Bay is a large beach with shallow, sandy access to the sea, which is particularly family-friendly and where you can still enjoy unspoilt nature.

Due to the villa's well-kept exterior appearance, you will have high expectations of the interior design. We can assure you that you will not be disappointed. You may even be surprised by the brilliantly modern, open-plan design and the very chic and trendy interior style, which at the same time forms a great contrast to the original function of the house as a farmhouse. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and kitchen area. The light-coloured wall design, recessed lighting and white furniture are complemented by industrial-style artwork, giving this room an incredibly trendy sense of style. Next to the living area, you will find the kitchen, which is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need, such as large ceramic hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. The white kitchen fronts are set off with stainless steel, and the large fridge/freezer also has a stainless steel look. The worktop and counter surface, which form a colourful contrast to the light shades thanks to their high-gloss, midnight blue surfaces, go well with this look. There are white bar stools at the counter, waiting to be used by guests. On the same floor we find the first of three bedrooms and one of the two trendy bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All are spacious and cosy (some with 2 single beds) and furnished to an excellent standard. The two bedrooms on the upper floor share a communal bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped to a high standard; the bathroom furniture impresses with its strikingly modern design, some of which takes on an organic form. A floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower in the beige-coloured bathroom is just as inviting as the spacious bathroom with bathtub and glass partition, which is fitted with large white tiles and contrasts with black fittings. There is also a spacious sun terrace on this floor, which can also be reached from the garden via an open staircase.

The outdoor area around the villa consists of a small garden, an additional small hut and a spacious pool, which can be illuminated at night and is accompanied by an adjoining sun terrace. On the pool terrace, ergonomically shaped, extremely comfortable poly-rattan loungers are waiting for you to lean back and relax on. There is also a small dining table on the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, play a board game or perhaps just relax in the evening with a nice glass of wine. There are numerous terrace areas around the house itself, and on one of them there is a small hut containing a fully equipped kitchen and an integrated barbecue area also equipped with oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge etc. The covered outdoor kitchen really is a very special highlight of the whole property, which only adds to our enthusiasm for this villa. Should it ever get too hot or too cold to eat outside, you have the option of using an additional, huge wooden dining table inside the barbecue hut. And so you can enjoy an independent holiday in complete peace and quiet in the high-quality and ultra-modern villa Can Vinagrella Pera and enjoy every day to the full.
