The finca with private swimming pool is wonderfully nestled in the middle of a Mallorcan winery on the outskirts of Santa Maria. The town of Santa Maria is located in the north of the capital Palma de Mallorca and is an ideal starting point for all directions on the island as there is a nearby motorway connection from the finca.

The house itself offers around 160 m² of living space on the ground floor, a total of 4 double bedrooms (three with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed, two of the single beds are 1.80 m long), three bathrooms (two en-suite), all with their own air conditioning Living room with satellite TV, WiFi internet and an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. From the living room you can access the covered terrace and the magical garden, which is laid out like a small forest and therefore provides plenty of shade.

Here, a few steps down, is the large private 10 m x 5 m saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol... a dream spot to quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a mobile grill and there are enough parking spaces in front of the house.

The owners' family produce their own wine on this huge 26 hectare estate, so you can enjoy a guided tour and tasting while you spend your finca holiday here.

The nearest supermarkets in Santa Maria or Marratxi are just a few minutes away by car. For more extensive shopping, you can drive to the capital Palma in just a few minutes (15 km).
