As part of a family-run, 12-hectare vineyard in Saussignac, the owners invite you to enjoy the diverse wines they proudly produce. The cozy accommodation has a well thought-out layout with an air-conditioned living area and a well-equipped, open kitchen. Ascending the open staircase to the second floor, you will discover two inviting bedrooms, designed for comfort and sharing a well-equipped family bathroom. Outside, there is a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, providing the perfect spot for delightful outdoor moments. The inviting pool, measuring 6 x 4 m with a depth of 1 m to 1.5 m, has a wooden deck and an alarm system for added security. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the vineyards, enjoy fine wines and create lasting vacation memories in this idyllic retreat. Please note that the second bedroom has bunk beds (2 x 0.90 m wide). Caution is advised for children under 6 years of age with regard to the upper bunk bed.
