The two holiday apartments are located separately on the ground floor and upper floor of a detached holiday home on the owner's 2500 m² natural property, approx. 500 m from the beach on the Bodden. Free WLAN, a furnished outdoor seating area, a barbecue, storage facilities for bicycles and a car park are available. In addition to the smoking oven, anglers also have access to a separate outdoor kitchen in an outbuilding, where fish can be processed and prepared. (There is another apartment DZV 412 for up to 4 people in the owner's house on the property). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning.

This holiday apartment for 2-3 people is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, satellite TV, stereo system), bedroom (double bed), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating.

Klausdorf is a beautiful village on the Prohner Wiek, a bottom water rich in fish in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is approx. 12 km away. There are restaurants, an information and event centre and a bathing area on the Bodden. In the district of Barhöft, 3 km away, there is a small harbour from where you can go on guided fishing trips or launch your own boats. The harbour is also used by fishermen who sell the fish they catch on site. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
