Villa Sunset is a modern three-bedroom holiday home just a few kilometres from the town of Porec and the sea.
In the village of Fuškulin, just a few metres from the holiday home, there is a shop, a typical Istrian tavern serving Istrian specialities, a top winery and numerous cycling paths. On its 450 sqm property, guests have 6 sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, a barbecue, a parasol and 2 parking spaces at their disposal. Guests also have access to a squash court, which is shared by arrangement with the guests of the other half of the house.

Villa Sunset capacity for 6 guests consists of two floors. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor of the house there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
