The house itself is an old stone house renovated in modern style with traditional elements. At just 650 m is the closest restaurant and the closest grocery shop is 2 km distant.
On a lovely and completely fenced property the Villa M to its guests offers a covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, an outdoor, 53 sqm large swimming pool, a 6 sqm large children's pool, whirlpool, sauna, guest's toilet and 3 parking places.
Holiday villa with pool by Porec with living area of in total 200 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. on the ground floor there's an attractive living room, dining table for 8 guests, completely furnished kitchen and one two-person's bedroom with en suite shower/toilet. At the 1st floor there are two bedrooms for two, each with en-suite shower/toilet. At the 2nd floor (attic) there's one two-person's bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a storage with washing machine and a balcony with panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
