This beautiful two-storey building from 1922, imaginatively reminiscent of a dream castle, can accommodate up to 11 people, comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The first floor is open & bright, rustic & charming, where the whole family should simply feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room form the perfect symbiosis for your culinary excursions, complemented by a living room with a fireplace as the centerpiece: an absolute must for romantic evenings and time travel into the past or future.
The first floor leads to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed for your dream realm. You will be particularly impressed by the details of the stone wall and forget for a moment which century you are in - completely understandable on vacation.
A loft with two bedrooms hides another real surprise. The little ones can hop upstairs and have their own playroom just for themselves - because there are no limits to children's imaginations and they tell the best stories.
For unforgettable outdoor moments, you have a large garden with carefully landscaped lawns and flowers, a private pool and a covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining area. Whether you want to barbecue and hang out, sunbathe or relax, take a break from everyday life and recharge your batteries in this magical place. In the southwest of Istria, about a 15-minute drive from Rovinj, lies a small village called So?i?i, in the town of Kanfanar. You will find peace that is characteristic of small settlements in the hinterland of Istria, but at the same time they do not give up anything, as it breathes life 365 days a year.
In the immediate vicinity is a category zero cultural monument and the most visited attraction in the region - the medieval town of Dvigrad, with the remains of a Romanesque basilica.
The municipality of Kanfanar is an interesting destination for all lovers of nature, historical heritage, Istrian tradition and culture, gastronomic delights, but also for active vacationers, as it has cycling trails, climbing rocks and a handful of sports fields.
Nearby there is a nature reserve - Lim Canal, where you can try fish and shellfish from our own farm. The canal itself is 12 kilometers long and steep hills rise on both sides, up to 200 meters high in places. Due to the many underwater springs, the sea here has a low salt content and is extremely rich in plankton.
If you happen to be on vacation at the end of July, you should not miss Jakovlje, a unique folk festival known for the selection of the most beautiful Istrian cattle, the Bo?karin.
We will only mention Rovinj - an unavoidable gem that you must explore & fall in love with.
