Villa Sterpazzi is a traditional Istrian villa with a stone façade and blue shutters. It is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which you will notice especially by the scent of lavender that spreads through the property.
Take a break from your stressful everyday life in this charming, rustic villa for 8 people with a view of the hills and the sea. Start your well-deserved holiday with a dip in the private pool or read a book on the sun loungers under the parasol. The spacious covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy meals prepared on the outdoor barbecue or in the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and living room form a spacious open-plan area that is directly connected to the terrace by glass doors. A special addition to the living room is the fireplace, which creates a special atmosphere in the winter or summer months. Despite its rustic exterior, this special villa is equipped with all the amenities necessary for modern living - it is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating throughout the house. For added comfort, especially for families with children, there is also a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional separate WC on the ground floor.
The soothing atmosphere of the exterior of this house extends to the interior, where your small private wellness oasis with sauna and whirlpool awaits you on the ground floor. Relax completely and leave everyday life behind you in the whirlpool with a view of the greenery.
On the upper floor you will find the remaining elegantly furnished bedrooms, which, like the bedroom on the ground floor, are fully equipped with king-size beds, TVs and air conditioning. The special thing about this villa is that, in addition to the features mentioned above, all bedrooms have their own bathroom and balcony. Imagine drinking your morning coffee on the balcony of your room with a calming and breathtaking view!
In the interior of Istria lies the charming, rustic village of Vinjan. Enjoy all the charming facets that inland Istria is known for - stone-paved charming villages with winding streets and many artisan shops as well as a phenomenal gastronomic offer. All this, along with numerous wineries, can be found in nearby towns such as Gronjan and Buje. Lovers of cultural events will be delighted by the Motovun Film Festival, both for the event itself and for the special location of the town. The crystal clear sea and beaches of Pore are just a short drive away. But don't miss the Euphrasian Basilica, which has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. For sports and nature enthusiasts, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails available and a visit to the Baredine Grotto is definitely worthwhile. One-day excursions are an ideal opportunity to visit perhaps the most famous towns in Istria, Pula and Rovinj.
