Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich verfügt über eine bequeme Couch + Sessel, Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage. Die offene Küche ist mit allen technischen Geräten versehen, wie z.B. Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, usw.; Das App. verfügt über ein modernes Duschbad.
Im Schlafzimmer übernachten Sie in einem bequemen Rattan-Doppelbett.
Der PKW-Stellplatz (Nr. 30) befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und ist im Preis enthalten.
Der Strand und die Seebrücke sind nur ca. 5 - 8 Gehminuten entfernt. In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Graal-Müritzer Aquadrom.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich an der Straße zur Seebrücke, die direkt zum Meer führt. Sie liegt ruhig im 1. OG eines Ferienappartementhauses mit schönem Blick auf einen Buchenwald.  In der Nachbarschaft findet man mehrere Restaurants und Gaststätten. Das Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln kann man problemlos zu Fuß erledigen.
