We offer a cozy holiday apartment and a separate double room with its own entrance. Our house is located at the foot of the vineyards in a slightly elevated position. The holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a size of approximately 120 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a double room with a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has an area of about 50 square meters and its own entrance. The detached former two-family house has a large garden with a lawn, which has an area of 1,300 square meters. There is also a large balcony on the upper floor.
The house is located in a wine village. The train station is only 250 meters away and the marketplace with restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser, and a church is only 600 meters away. Shopping opportunities such as REWE or Lidl can be found at a distance of about 450 meters. An outdoor swimming pool is about 1.3 kilometers away, and the tourist information in the town hall is about 400 meters away. A nice winery cooperative can be reached on foot in 800 meters. The apartment has been renovated in 2023 and offers modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are combined into an open space, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing. The oakwood floors give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, a coffee machine, a new dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, and many more, allowing you to conveniently prepare your meals. The dining room features a large solid oak table where you can dine with your family and friends. A green wall creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to linger. The living room has a large sofa that invites you to relax. Here, you can kick back, read a book, or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. If needed, the living room can also be used as an additional bedroom for 2 people. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed sized 180cm x 200cm. For optimal sleep quality, we have used two different degrees of firmness in each bed. Each room has a closet, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. One of the rooms even has a separate sink. From one of the rooms, you can access the spacious terrace where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast with a view of the Rodeck Castle and the surrounding vineyards.
