Das Cottage liegt 30 Höhenmeter über dem Thunersee auf einem über 10'000 m2 grossen, teils bewaldeten, Privatgrundstück mit Bach und einem kleinen Badeteich. Die Panoramaaussicht erstreckt sich von Eiger über den Thunersee bis hin zum Niesen.
Um das Cottage liegt ein hübscher und gepflegter Garten voll Blumen und heimischer Pflanzen.
Die beliebten Badeplätze am Sundbachdelta des Thunersees sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Schiffsstation ist in 5, die Busstation in 2 Min erreichbar.
Wie es der Name vermuten lässt, ist das Cottage, nebst der Lage, auch im Ausbau einzigartig.
