Water Experience from Two Balconies

This spacious apartment accommodates 4 people. From all rooms, you can step onto the balconies through sliding doors. On one side, you have a view of the island's largest marina, also known as the "Pearl of the Delta." On the other side, you can enjoy the view of the Krabbenkreek, where you can watch the tides of the Oosterschelde. Here, you can relax in the shade on hot days, and if you're lucky, you might spot seals resting on the sandbanks.

Comfortable and Stylish

The apartment is on the first floor and fully accessible. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light, while the urban chic-style interior provides a warm and homely atmosphere. The balconies, with a total size of 27 m², offer stunning water views on both sides.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two. After an active day, you can unwind in the living room with a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower and sink, while the toilet is located separately in the hallway. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds (180x200 cm), bedside tables, and wardrobes. A foldable baby bed (60x120 cm) is also available. The bedroom facing the marina offers serene water views and includes an additional TV.

Practical Amenities

The ground-floor storage room is spacious and includes a charging point for electric bikes. The apartment comes with a private parking space, and additional parking is available within walking distance.

Diverse Surroundings

The apartment offers a unique view of a stunning waterscape featuring sandbanks and diverse birdlife. A small beach is located directly in front of the apartment, perfect for families with young children.

The center of Sint Annaland, a large Jumbo supermarket, and cozy restaurants are all within walking distance. A picturesque path leads to Stavenisse for walking and cycling.

From the marina, boat tours depart to spot seals and porpoises. You can also rent sailboats or join day trips to Zierikzee, where you can bring your bike along.

The region combines peace, nature, and cultural history. Old dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages characterize the landscape. Whether you’re a beach lover, hiker, cyclist, or watersport enthusiast, this apartment is the perfect base for an unforgettable stay.
