After a snowball fight in the large garden, a free visit to the snow tube run or an unforgettable winter day, you will experience this cozy and homely feeling in the typical Tirolean parlor featuring tiled stove. The free skibus shuttles take you to the top ski areas within Ötztal (Gurgl, Sölden and Hochoetz family ski area.) Cross-country ski trail, snow tube run, bakery, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our holiday house (covering approx. 210 m²) has the following amenities.
On the ground floor: comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, coffee machine, electric kettle and a lot more) with corner seating area, wooden Tirolean parlor with tiled stove and TV, spacious common room with additional refrigerator, 1 double room and 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC.
On the mezzanine: 1 double room, 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC and a separate WC.
On the first floor: 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms incl. shower/WC and 1 bathroom incl. shower. The washing machine can be used free of charge. Enjoy unforgettable hours on the furnished terrace and in the unique garden.
