Die grosszügige 2 1/2-Zimmerwohnung (85m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Von der schönen Terrasse (35 m2) hat man einen einzigartigen Ausblick auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau. Sie ist eingerichtet mit einem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, einem Gasgrill, einem Windschutz sowie einer Sonnenstore. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Betten à je 180x200 cm sowie einem Kinder Reisebett ausgestattet. Es kann mittels blickdichten Vorhängen abgetrennt werden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa, welches zusätzlich als Bettsofa benutzt werden kann (mit Lattenrost). Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Glaskeramikkochherd, Backofen, grossen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühler, Kapsel-Kaffemaschine Delizio (Migros) sowie einen Wasserkocher. Das grosse Badezimmer verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche, Eckbadewanne, ein grosses und ein kleines Lavabo, Waschmaschine und Tumbler sowie einen Haarfön.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Erholungsgebiet. Es gibt sehr viele Möglickeiten für Wanderungen und Velotouren. Der Thunersee sowie die schöne Stadt Thun sind nur 15 Minuten von Höfen entfernt. Auch Interlaken und Bern bieten sich als Tagesausflugsziel an und sind in einer halben Stunde gut erreichbar. Im Winter sind zahlreiche Skigebiete im Berner Oberland innert einer Stunde zu erreichen.
