The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the beds are with new mattresses.
Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, satellite and home TV, as well as a parking space behind the house, are at your disposal.
All guests have access to an outdoor dining area and barbecue, a seating area perfect for enjoying the first-morning coffee, and local wines in the evening.

Apartment 3 is one of the apartments located on the ground floor of the family house (Apartments Katarina), just, 7 minutes walk to the beach, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but close to the center.
Apartment 3, 40 m2, has a separate entrance to the hallway that separates the kitchen and living room from the room. You can move the dining room to the terrace surrounded by the greenery and the scent of Mediterranean plants. Have breakfast with singing birds and dinner with the music of crickets.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware.
The sofa can be extended and used as a bed for one or two persons.
A flat-screen TV with home and satellite channels, WiFi, and air-conditioning.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The bedroom is oriented to the south side.
Next to the double bed (2 mattresses) in the room, there is an extra bed for one person. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal.
A baby cot is available on request.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
