This small ground floor house is located on the owner's property.
It is ideal for two couples or a family with children.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Porec and very close to the sea and the city. The fully fenced garden is a real idyll full of greenery and trees, where you can have breakfast for hours or use the brick barbecue in the evening.

From Kukci you can quickly reach the beautiful port city of Porec, a popular summer resort with a historic old town and a famous basilica from the 6th century.

Discover the beautiful pebble beaches on the coast, which are only a few kilometers from your house. There are many bays here, where every vacationer can choose his own favorite beach.

For active vacationers there are numerous water sports at the sea, but also inland there is much to discover.
Take advantage of the many cycling and hiking trails in the heart of Istria and visit, for example, the Baredine Cave, which is known for its stalactite formations.
