The art nouveau house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2009. We can offer you a 1.5-rooms-holiday flat 42m2 with one large, tastefuly and stylishly furnished double room. The whole house is a non-smoking-house.

We also offer you free parking for your car and your bikes, skis/snowboards and other sport equipment may easily and safely be stored in our cellar.

Our holiday flat offers accommodation for individual guests as well as for small families.
The flat is situated on the first floor and offers one large double room, a kitchen with a table corner for 4-5 people, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The room is equipped with a wooden parquet floor and has an approx. size of  26m2. The room offers double beds (200x200 and 190x180) and has a cupboard, a table, seats and a bedsofa.  The room can easily accommodate three persons. Published price is for two persons only. Price for three people on request.
It is also possible to rent the holiday flat for a long stay, such as for working people who have temporary work in or around Chur. Prices on request.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.
