    “Die Location der Unterkunft lässt sich mit ausgezeichnet beschreiben, jedoch war die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Zum Einen ist hier die Müllentsorgung zu beanstanden. Die Mülltonnen reichten für fünf Einheiten nicht aus, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie nicht regelmäßig geleert werden.
    Zum Amderen sind die sanitären Anlagen, vor allen die Dusche, nicht im besten Zustand. An den Nahtstellen konnten wir starken Schimmelbefall feststellen und der der Abfluss in der Duschkabine hat nicht gut funktioniert, sodass das Wasser knöchelhoch stand und man abwarten musste, bis es abfließt.
    Darüber hinaus war die Parksituation unzureichend beschrieben. Für die fünf Einheiten gibt es hier sechs sehr eng bemessen Parkplätze, die wenig Rangierplatz zwischen dem Parkplatz und der gegenüberliegenden Absperrung boten. An der Absperrung wurden zusätzlich noch Fahrräder, Elektroroller befestigt und erschwerten somit auch das Rangieren beim Parken. Als wir mit unserem Kombi ankamen, waren sogar alle sechs Parkplätze belegt, was die Parksituation in keinster Weise entspannte.
    Positiv ist die Ausstattung der Küche, und die Freundlichkeit des Reinigungspersonalszu beschreiben, das unaufgefordert wöchentlich die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wechselte.”
