These smart rural apartments are in a 200 years old manor-house with typical patio, rambled stairs and a big sun terrace with excellent views to the mountains and the Atlantic ocean. The house is an example of Canarian architecture. It was completely renewed by the year 2010, conserving his original Canarian style. The mostly young and international guests are using the Apartamentos San Antonio as perfect starting point for mountain bike and walking tours as well as for trips around the varied areas of the island.

It is a quiet zone with views over the mountains and sea. Closely, are restaurants, locals and supermarkets.

Apartments San Antonio are located next to the city of Icod de los Vinos surrounded by palms and green environ, aprox. 325 meters over the Atlantic ocean. The famous dragontree and the city center are aprox. 800 meters away. Nearby there is also one of the biggest volcanic caves of the world (the Cueva del Viento). The next beach (the Playa de San Marcos) with several bars and restaurants is only 3.5 km away.

Equipment The Resort has got 6 apartments, one studio and a nice big roof terrace with views over valley and sea. Every apartment has got one bedroom, a living room, bathroom and a kitchen or kitchenette. The kitchen includes toaster, coffeemaker (deposit), espresso maker, soap, and other utensils for daily use. A safe in every apartment is free and beach clothes for our guests also (deposit). Apartment 3: (max. 3 adults + baby cot respectively extra bed in the living room for the 3rd person) Apartment in English style. Living room with dining table and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower, seat opportunity at the big roof terrace. The bedroom is lokated to the rural road (double-glazed windows). Bedroom and living room with partial sea view. Digital satellite TV or digital local TV. Cleaning and services - Cleaning once a week (at a minimum stay of 14 nights) - Bedclothes change once a week (at a minimum stay of 14 nights) - Bathtowels change every 5 days – beach towels to rent free - Safe is free (deposit) - Laundry service liable to pay (washing, drying, ironing)

To the touristic center of the northern island, Puerto de la Cruz, there is only 18 km distance. A golf course is available at 15 km in Buenavista del Norte.

    “Die Ausstattung war völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Wenn es ein Problem gab, war täglich immer jemand da, der ausgeholfen hat. Alles wurde umgehend repariert und auf die Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen. TV bestand nicht nur aus ARD und ZDF. und das W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Highlight war auch für uns die Dachterrasse mit einem super schönen Blick runter nach Icod und aufs Meer. Es gibt im näheren Umkreis (mit Auto 5 Minuten) mehrere Supermärkte. Ansonsten auch fußläufig kleinere Geschäfte für die Waren des täglichen Bedarfs.”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung selbst hatte keinen eigenen Außenbereich, aber über eine steile Treppe konnten wir die wirklich wunderschöne Dachterrasse nutzen, was wir täglich gemacht haben, da das Wetter in der Zeit 08.-15.09.12 einfach traumhaft war. Das Dach hat viele nette kleine Mitbewohner in Form von den schönen Kanareneidechsen, die sich dort tummeln und sonnen und auch über ein paar Krümel freuen :-)
    Der Vermieter war super nett. Wir hatten 6 Stunden Flugverspätung und kamen erst in der Nacht an und wurden dennoch sehr freundlich erwartet und empfangen.”

    “4 houses. The photographs give a very good impression. We spent 2 weeks here in November 2009. We were, I think, in apartment 3 - bedroom, kitchen/living, good sized bathroom. Everything worked. We had Internet access in the living room.
    We enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay there again.”

    “Schönes Haus, liebevoll renoviert liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Trotz Nähe zur Straße konnten wir aufgrund der guten Fenster sehr gut schlafen. Sehr schön bepflanzter Innenhof und tolle Dachterasse (ebenfalls wunderschön bepflanzt) mit schönem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Netter Vermieter.
    Wer den Weg vom Busbahnhof den Berg hoch nicht scheut (das Haus liegt auf ca. 350-400 Höhe), der Weg vom Ortszentrum hoch ist steil, kann auch ohne Mietwagen zurechtkommen. Icod de Los Vinos ist busmäßig ganz gut angebunden.
    Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Appartment und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.”
