The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 3 m, depth 0,8 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to mid of September.
