Apart4You-Ötztal is located in scenic Sautens, in a quiet and central setting. We make an ideal starting point for nature lovers and families. Enjoy memorable hours in our large garden that offers also a BBQ site/grill. The "magic forest" for our little guests and the high ropes course are always a highlight and within walking distance. All outdoor adventure providers can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car. The free skibus takes you to all the top ski areas (Sölden, Gurgl and Hoch-Oetz family ski area) within Ötztal. Restaurants, a small supermarket, a farmer's shop and a bakery can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Our lovely apartment (approx. 110 m²) has the following amenities: 1 double room, 1 double room with 1 double pull-out couch (sleeping 7th and 8th person), 1 twin bedroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), 1 living room and 2 bathrooms (1x shower/bathtub and WC and 1x shower/WC). Enjoy fun-filled barbecues in our furnished garden.
