Recent contemporary house, at the edge of the water, window open on the nature, the sun, the sea, which offers space, light, simplicity.
From the garden a path descends directly to the rocks and the beach. By road, the beach is 200m, shops 1 km.

THE HOUSE

Housing
The house consists of two levels:
 - on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen (70 m²) opening onto a shaded terrace (50 m²) on one level with the garden and sea views, toilets, laundry, a parental suite with cupboards, room of bath and TOILET.
 - upstairs: a TV corner, three bedrooms, each with wardrobes, bathroom, toilet and access to a large terrace (85 m²) to the south, a second private terrace to the north.

The whole house is equipped with ceiling fans and benefits from a cooling in the summer, in winter underfloor heating.
Large bay windows offer views of the garden and the sea in every room
The landscaped garden offers you in addition to the lawn, a reading / cocktail area shaded on the sea front and a bowling green.

Access of travelers
The tenants have access to the whole house (except garage) and to the whole garden.

THE DISTRICT
The house is located in Coggia, Corsica, France.
It is located more precisely in Temuli, next to the old family Corsican house, in a neighborhood of villas, 200m from the beach, 1km from the shops of Sagone, in the towns of Coggia and Vico.

Sagone is a small seaside resort which, in a wild environment, offers many services (supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, post office, bank, doctors, pharmacy ...), an open-air cinema, an equestrian club , two sandy beaches and their water activities (sailing, diving, boat rentals, jet skis ...)
Many excursions are possible, along the coast to Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands or to Cargèse and its two churches, the Capo Rosso, the creeks of Piana and Porto, the reserve of Scandola; to the villages of the interior, Vico and its convent, Soccia and Lake Creno; the Spelunca Gorge, Evisa, the Aïtone Forest and the Vergio Pass ....

transport network
The Ajaccio airport and the ferry terminal are 40 minutes away by car, taxis and coaches make the connection with Sagone.
The property, secured by a gate and a remote control gate, offers plenty of parking.

Host:
The landlord is originally from Soccia and Sagone, and spent many summers in the parental property of Temuli.
