Fantastic holiday home on a natural plot, just 450 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Dueodde.

This wonderful holiday home invites you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Cosy wooden floors and ceilings in combination with open rooms up to the gable create a cosy and spacious atmosphere. The house is very bright thanks to the large windows. You can enjoy underfloor heating throughout the house. The spacious living room is in open connection with the large, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island and a modern tap, the Quooker. In the living room you can watch films and series on a 46-inch TV with Blu-Ray and Apple TV. You can also listen to the radio or music via a Bose audio system and enjoy the warmth of the stove in cooler seasons. The first bedroom of the house is the "Master Bedroom", equipped with two bunk beds, a 46-inch TV, illuminated wardrobes and direct access to the large bathroom and access to a morning terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and illuminated wardrobes, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The larger of the two bathrooms has a washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the morning terrace.

On the partially covered, sunny terrace with garden furniture, you can enjoy your holiday with a good book, welcome the sun's rays and the fresh air or drink a good glass of wine. There is a barbecue and a covered outdoor kitchen for preparing delicious meals. The house also has a morning terrace, the perfect place for breakfast and your first cup of coffee of the day. There is plenty of space to move around the house. You can park your car in the carport with charging station for electric cars. There are illuminated trees as well as an outdoor shower at the house - perfect for rinsing off the sand after an active day at the beach.

You're likely to experience plenty of beach trips as the house is just a short walk from the nearest beach. You'll be staying in a popular and scenic area that offers nice walks in all directions - you might be drawn to the nearby Dueodde lighthouse. It is also recommended to visit charming Snogebæk.
