Townhouse on a quiet residential road, only 1,000 m from several restaurants, harbor with music every weekend and lovely beach. Only 500 m to forest, where you can be lucky to experience deer, foxes, black squirrels and birds singing in choirs. 500 m to DagligBrugs. The house is located on an 866 sqm plot. The garden is completely undisturbed with several southern trees, and no pesticides are used here. Fruits and berries may be eaten. The large outbuilding has previously been a carpentry workshop that supplied the boat builders at the harbor. Notice the many gates in the building where the wood came in and out. Between the main house, the outbuilding and the conservatory there is a cozy enclosed patio with barbecue facilities. Directly from the living room there is a cozy nook, where it is obvious to enjoy a sundowner, while the last rays of the sun change color in the treetops. There is free WI-FI in the house. There is a large conservatory. On the 1st floor: Large room with attached WC / Bath, double bed, dining area, armchairs and Chromecast where you can stream from your own channels. In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator of 319 l. And a freezer of 366L, and there is an induction hob with 4 zones, and there is a small dining area and toddler area. There is a wardrobe in the utility room, and a large closet space in the bedroom. There is type 2 charger for electric car at the port. Not for rent to youth group.
