Wonderful two room non-smoking apartment with a view of the Bernese Alps and Lake Thun (51m2). Centrally but quietly located in Beatenberg. Eat-in kitchen with sofa, coffee table and armchair. Panoramic view of mountains and lake, there are windows down to the floor. Bedroom with a double bed, if required, a cot available. Seating in front of the TV set. The bathroom has a shower with a bench for disabled people. The apartment is located in the center of Beatenberg near the tourist office and the Raiffeisen bank. Good starting point for the Jungfaujoch (Top of Europe). There is a parking lot directly in front of the entrance door which can be used free of charge. The bus stop is right in front of the accommodation and with the guest card the bus can be used free of charge, as can the entire bus network in Interlaken. In just under 10 minutes you are in Interlaken on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz. The tourist office is opposite the accommodation, where you can rent e-bikes, find out about various tours and much more. The accommodation has a beautiful balcony on which you can see the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and the beautiful Lake Thun. Shops and a bakery tearoom are nearby. Opposite the farmer you can get cheese, dry sausage, dried meat, eggs and homemade syrup directly from the farm. The Raiffeisenbank is in the neighboring house, there is an ATM there.
A trip to the Niederhorn, our local mountain, is always worthwhile. Good starting point to visit the Schilthorn.
Please note that the room height is only 190 cm ( 6.2 ft).

    “Perfekte Ferienwohnung, ich hatte eine wunderbare, entspannte Zeit voller Gemütlichkeit. Positiv: Die Gemütlichkeit, gute Einrichtung und die prachtvolle Aussicht. Zudem der perfekte Balkon. Negativ: Da finde ich nichts.”

    “Es ist ein genialer Ausganspunkt, um das Berner Oberland kennenzulernen. Mit dem Ferienpass gelangt man günstig und bequem zu den Ausgangsorten z.B. Interlaken, Mürren, Grindelwald, Thun.
    Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit
    wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!!!
    wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Positiv: Die ruhige, zentrale Lage, herrliche Aussicht auf Eiger Mönch und Jungfrau, Wohn und Schlafgelegenheit, sowie Küche perfekt eingerichtet, Balkon Negativ: -----------------------nichts------------------------------------------- Restaurant: Restaurant Vorsass - liegt an der Zwischenstation vom Niederhorn, per Gondelbahn und zu Fuss zu erreichen, herrliche Terrasse, gutes Essen...und Kuchen”

    “Es hatte alles was man brauchte, nette Vermieter, nahe an Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge Positiv: Die Aussicht auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau Restaurant: Restaurant auf dem Jungfraujoch - Gutes Angebot und feines Essen Ausflüge: Jungfraujoch - Super Aussicht auf die Bergwelt, verschiedene schöne Stationen im Innenbereich (ist immer wieder angegeben, wie lange man für diese benötigt). Es war super angenehm, dass es nicht so überlaufen war mit Touristengruppen vom Auslang”
