Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, der Zugang erfolgt über eine Treppe im Innenbereich des Hauses. Direkt vor der Eingangstür befindet sich ein Parkplatz der kostenlos benützt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Unterkunft und mit der Gästekarte kann der Bus kostenlos benützt werden. In knapp 10 Minuten ist man in Interlaken am Thuner- oder Brienzersee. Das Tourismusbüro ist vis a vis von der Unterkunft, dort kann man E-Bikes mieten sich über verschiedene Touren informieren und vieles mehr. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen schönen Balkon auf dem man direkt Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau und den schönen Thunersee zu sehen bekommt. Zudem ist sie ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht um ein paar wunderschöne Tage auf dem Beatenberg zu verbringen.
Der Kinderspielplatz, das Hallenbad, Übungsskilift und das Natureisfeld sind knapp 100 Meter entfernt.
Die Umgebung von Beatenberg bietet zahlreiche kinderfreundliche Attraktionen, wie Beatusweg, Beatus- Höhlen, Wander- Bike und Trotti-Bike Wege sowie herrliche Aussichtspunkte auf die Berner Alpengipfel mit Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau.
Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für Gleitschirmflieger und Deltasegler bieten die speziellen Atmosphärischen Verhältnisse, wenn sie vom Niederhorn abheben und bis in die Ebene zwischen Thuner- und Brienzersee getragen werden.
