This wooden vacation home is located in Flammersfeld in the Westerwald. It is located on a quiet side street. It was lovingly furnished by the landlords and partially renovated and refurbished in 2020. On the large, fenced property (900 sqm) you have enough space and freedom of movement to enjoy your vacation. The sun terrace with an electrically operated sun awning offers them a unique ambience to enjoy undisturbed nature. Whether at a cozy barbecue evening or simply relaxing in nature.

The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, so if the weather is bad, you can enjoy the evening indoors by a warming wood fire. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find sufficient facilities to prepare your individual meals. To the house belongs its own, also fenced carport, under which you can park your vehicle protected.

Flammersfeld belongs to the municipality of Altenkirchen in the Westerwald. The region is the right starting point for recreation seekers who want to spend their vacation away from mass tourism. Here are the ideal conditions for undisturbed hikes or bicycle tours in the extensive forests of the Westerwald. As excursion destinations you can visit lookout towers, old castles, mining sites, historical buildings and old towns as well as museums. Why not book a tour of the Hachenburg Westerwald Brewery or stroll through the old town and Hachenburg Castle, which are well worth seeing.

During the summer months, Altenkirchen Flammersfeld and the surrounding communities host numerous small village festivals with their own personal charm. The good home cooking of the Westerwald offers many a delicacy for the inclined palate. The central location is also ideal for excursions to Bonn, Koblenz or Cologne or the Moselle region with its many wine villages and the Eifel. These regions can be reached within half an hour by car.
