Das Ferienzimmer befindet sich im Souterrain eines Eckhauses. Die einfache Einrichtung wirkt rustikal. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ( 1,45 x 2,00 m) und einem Einzelbett (0,90 x 2,00 m), Kleiderschrank, TV, Herd, Spüle, Mikrowelle und einem Küchenschrank aus den 50ziger Jahren ausgestattet. Um eine Säule in der Mitte des Zimmers wurden die Essplätze angeordnet. Direkt vom Zimmer erreichen Sie einen kleinen Raum mit WC und Waschbecken. Über einen zum Treppenhaus nicht abgeschlossenen Flur stehen den Gästen des Ferienzimmers eine Dusche, ein 2. WC sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.
