Enjoy our cozy cottage, peaceful holiday off the beaten tourist track. Short drive to the destinations of the entire Lake Constance region . Car required . Beautiful bike path to Lake Constance (10 km ) . The house is located on the main through-road ( direction Neukirch ) in Tettnang - Oberlangnau , about 10 km from the city core Tettnags . Garden with lawn and playground , garden shed and barbecue. Ground floor: kitchen with 4 - plate stove and oven, big fridge and nespresso coffe machin , dining room , living room with pull-out couch . 1st floor : master bedroom with double bed and cot , bedroom with 2 single beds , bath / shower, toilet, washing machine . In all rooms linoleic or wood floors . In our house there is a selection of family games for all ages as well as puzzles and picture books .  Our house is ideal for holidays with children and as a starting point for excursions : Bregenz , Lindau , Friedrichshafen , Meersburg , Mainau Island , Monkey Mountain Salem , Ravensburger Playland , Bregenzerwald , Appenzell etc. Attractive open air pools and plenty of sports facilities . Cultural or social events - you can expect a wide range .

Important: An occupancy with 5 persons is only possible with at least 2 children under 16 years. Reservations with 5 adults are not accepted.

    “1A...alles bestens...wir kommen bestimmt mal wider ! Positiv: Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderlieb und enorm hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommen.
    Es waren sehr schöne Tage dort. Das Haus ist sehr gut, wenn man mit 3 Kindern reist und einfach mehr Platz braucht ;-)
    Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mit Auto oder Fahrrad unterwegs ist. Das Strandbadin Kressbronn ist sehr schön. Negativ: Es gibt nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hätte ;-) Ausflüge: Hopfenmuseum Tettnang - Sehr schönes, kinderfreundliches Museum. Sehr zu empfehlen.”

Freizeit: Idyllisch gelegen, die kurze Fahrt zum Bodensee war immer ein Erlebnis durch kleine Dörfer zu fahren, reizvolle Landschaft. Abseits vom Verkehrstrubel, trotzdem nahe genug an den touristisch interessanten Punkten, z.B. Friedrichshafen, Lindau, Bregenz. Unbedingt nach Langenargen fahren!”

    die Dielen knarren laut und die Möblierung ist im alten Stil. Positiv: Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Negativ: Die Lage an der Straße. Es war sehr laut durch die vorbeifahrenden Autos. Außerdem fehlte mir ein Geschirrspüler.”

    “Vielen Dank für die Schilderung Ihrer Eindrücke. Das Haus wurde 1914 erbaut und seither natürlich mehrmals umgebaut und renoviert. Dabei wurden vor einigen Jahren die Holzdielen freigelegt, abgeschliffen und versiegelt. Die Niveauunterschiede und das Knarren der Dielen wurden bewusst in Kauf genommen. Seit 2017 sind alle Fenster zur Strasse mit Schallschutzglas ausgerüstet. Die Ausstattung der Küche entspricht der Objektbeschreibung. Ein Geschirrspüler ist darin nicht aufgeführt. Wir hoffen, der Aufenthalt in der Bodenseeregion bleibt Ihnen in guter Erinnerung.”
