Enjoy the extraordinary weather of the "Costa Cálida" (WarmCost), which has three hundert sunny days a year.

The "CASA ISABÉL" or country house is situated in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and is surrouonded by the best beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor.

The rustic Style apartments are equipped with eveything neede while in vacation near the country side and sea. The countryside apartments have television via satellite and air-conditioning.



    Each apartment dispose of a large terrace with views of the mediterranean garden area. Discover other ways of enjoying your freetime.
    The community garden large over 4000 m2 is put on in the Mediterranean style. In the garden is a grill place with tables and chairs, which is shadowed of a large Pergola. ...or enjoy your time in our new swimmingpool-area. The swimming pool is open from Easter to the end of September.
    Our mini farm is the preferential place of our small guests. Our "mini-farm" is one of the favorite corners of the children who visit us. Here are living hens and rabbits in the natural habitat. On the children´s playground with swings, chute, trampolin and much desire to playing the smallest ones can divert themselves.
    The distance to the beaches of Mediterranean and Mar Menor amounts to approx. 10 minutes with the car. A passenger car is necessary.


CASA ISABÉL: The house is ground floor and offers with approx. 66 m2 much place.

The house is divided as follows: Living-room, dining, kitchen, WC with shower, inner court with practical outer shower.

Two double bedrooms with a double bed in the size of 1,60 m x find 2,00 M. Before the house is a large terrace with garden-furniture with views into the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, cooling freezing cabinet, coffee machine, microwave, pots, pans. Table-ware, cutlery and glasses for 4 persons.

Excursion possibilities : San Pedro del Pinatar The coastline of Murcia is characterised by its sandy beaches. The most beautiful natural wonder on the coast is the Mar Menor. It is a shallow lagoon or pool, which is the largest of its kind in Spain. The water in the lagoon is very salty and maintains a hot temperature (5oC above the average Mediterranean temperature). Large pond, Small sea, throughout history, the so-called Mar Menor has had different names, all of which coincide in the description of a phenomenon that nature designed as a great coastal lake (originally, an open bay) of 170 km2 of warm saltwater. Since distant times, the wealth of its water, the kindness of the climate and the beauty of the area as a whole attracted many people. Home of the sun! Facing the tranquil waters of Mar Menor, San Pedro del Pinatar is one of the main tourist destinations on the Murcia coast. Tradtionally a seafaring and agricultural centre, San Pedro del Pinatar has become one of the principal tourist towns on Murcia´s Costa Cálida. A chain of mountains surrounds the plain which Murcia sits upon, a city of Arab origin whose existence is closely linked to the fertile lands around the river Segura. From among its streets of guilds emerges the tower of the Cathedral, one of the symbols of the city. The port of Cartagena, in the Mediterranean´s Costa Cálida, has been prized since Carthaginian times.
