    “Logement points négatifs où à améliorer :
    - Pas de moustiquaires alors qu'il n'y a que 3 fenêtres et que l'on se fait bouffer. Avec les prises, il y en a un peu moins mais encore beaucoup.
    - au RDC et devant le passage principal et à côté d'une route fréquentée (4m environ). A cause de la chaleur vous devez ouvrir mais du coup tout le monde vous voit et c'est bruyant. La nuit, boule quies obligatoire. Plusieurs fois le soir nous voulions fermer uniquement les volets et laisser les fenêtres ouvertes mais comme c'est au RDC, nous avons préféré éviter.
    - isolation des murs de la résidence moyens
    - intérieur pratique mais plutôt viellot
    - manquerait au moins un petit ventilateur pour la période chaude (août)
    - un lave vaisselle qui tourne à moitié vide car il y a tout juste la vaisselle pour deux personnes et pour deux repas.
    - mensonge dans l'annonce par contre, pas de piscine ni de restaurant attitré. La résidence est proche de toutes commodités mais on ne peut pas dire dans l'annonce qu'il y a une piscine et un restaurant. Le propriétaire joue sur les mots. D'ailleurs le complexe aquatique proche est à 5 en voiture avec des places payantes ou 15min à pieds.
    - la personne qui vous recevra pour le logement est sympathique mais sapstiendra au minimum en terme de communication (une réponse à mon premier mail et c'est tout. Pas sûr qu'en d'urgence il soit très efficace). Jamais de réponse à nos SMS à notre arrivée mais avant notre départ. Dommage. Si vous avez des questions, notez les biens pour lui demander le jour de l'arrivée.
    - comme c'est au rdc, vous n'aurez pas la vue sur la mer bien sûr contrairement à l'annonce et même à l'étage, ça m'étonnerait car nous sommes entourés d'immeubles. Encore un mensonge. Ce n'est pas forcément grave non plus mais ça reste faux et ça me permet de louer plus chère.



    Logement points positifs :
    - à 20min du centre de Funchal
    - une place de parking en sous-sol réservée
    - lave vaisselle
    - lave linge
    - un évier lavoir qui permet par exemple de laver vos chaussures de randonnée indépendant des autres éviers.
    - résidence très propre et plutôt récent je pense
    - location propre
    - literie et serviettes fournis”
