Welcome to the apartment 'Sandmeer', which means 'Sand Sea'. In this apartment, you will immediately feel at home. The wonderfully bright and comfortably furnished studio, based on the theme of sand, captivates with its new modern kitchen and the feeling of standing directly on the beach when you walk onto the balcony.

Dieses Appartement ist der absolute Urlaubstraum. Das Meer liegt nur 30m vom Balkon entfernt. Das Studio bietet alles, was Sie brauchen um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und sich im Urlaub zu Hause zu fühlen.Ein kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit offener kleinen und modernen Küche inklusive Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, sowie ein komplett saniertes Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche steht Ihnen in diesem individuellem Studio zur Verfügung. Eine gemütliche Schlafkoje bietet Platz für die dritte Person. Jedes Studio bei uns ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet.

Der Balkon mit Meerblick wird sicher ihr Lieblingsplatz werden. Auch wenn es sich lohnt unser hauseigenes Schwimmbad und unsere Sauna oder für ein bisschen mehr Action unseren Spielbereich für groß und klein zu besuchen.

Frühstück kann vor Ort mit unserem individuellem Frühstücksservice in Anspruch genommen werden. Ein gekühltes Frühstückskörbchen steht am nächsten Morgen vor Ihrer Appartementtür. Das Frühstück ist nicht im voraus buchbar, da Sie bei Anreise bestimmen können, was Sie an Ihrem ersten Urlaubstag frühstücken möchten. In diesem Appartement sind Hunde erlaubt.

Anzahlung: Bis 14 Tage nach der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 30% des Reisepreises fällig. Der Rest kann bei Anreise in bar oder mit Karte gezahlt werden.

This apartment is an absolute holiday dream. The sea is only 30m away from the balcony. The studio offers everything you need to leave daily life behind you, and feel at home whilst on holiday. A combined living room and bedroom with an open small and modern kitchen including an oven, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a clean, functional bathroom is at your disposal in this individual studio. A comfortable bunk with a 1,20m wide bed offers space for the third person. Each studio is lovingly and individually furnished.
The balcony with the seaside view will surely become your favourite place to stay. But it is still worth it, to visit our in-house swimming pool, sauna and games room for a little more action, whether you are young or old.

Breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of your apartment with our on-site breakfast service. Your pre-ordered breakfast basket will be waiting for you at the front of your apartment door the following day.
You cannot book breakfast before your trip, only upon arrival at the hotel. A breakfast list with all products is available for download on our website under the heading 'Apartments'. You will also get a copy in your room and can get more copies at the reception desk.

Dogs are allowed in this apartment.

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total price is due until 14 days after the booking has taken place. The rest can be paid on arrival in cash or by card.
